Fruit concentrates are made from 100% natural ingredients and processed to reduce the water content in fresh or frozen fruits.
The result is a top-quality product in a variety of formats:
- Fruit juices or fruit juice concentrates
- Fruit purees from fruit concentrates
- Concentrated pulps with or without seeds

Fruit concentrate applications
Fruit concentrates are used in all kinds of foods: juices, drinks, fruit preparations, fruit confectionery, marmalade, jam, coulis, dairy industry, ice cream, flavour manufacturers, sweets, craft beers, milkshakes, etc.
Concentrations (°Brix) of our fruit concentrates
We have final products available with different concentrations of sugars (°Brix). These are the different possibilities:
Juices
Concentration of 65° Brix, other °Brix levels are also possible.
Pulps
With or without seeds or fruit pieces. Maximum concentration 55° Brix.
Purees
With or without seeds. Concentration 32° Brix (3 times concentrated).

Types of fruit concentrates
Fruit juices or fruit juice concentrates
Ideal for making juices or other drinks, adding to dairy products, making candies or sweets, confectionery or bread, among others.
Fruit purees from fruit concentrates
They are widely used for jams, fillings, different flavoured ice creams, yoghurts, etc.
Concentrated pulps with or without seeds
Modifiable according to requirements by adding or not adding pieces of pulp and/or seeds.
Natural dyes made from fruit concentrates
Colours: natural red, blue and yellow made from fruit juice and/or concentrates (with different intensities and colour hues).
Presentation: liquid and powder.
Application: for food with pH below 4.0.
Fruit powder
Alternative to fruit concentrates in liquid form that can be particularly attractive as it reduces shipping costs.
